The hotel enjoys a superb location right on the danube. it is close to the city center. my room was upgraded. It offered a beautiful view of the river. the breakfast was delicious. the staff was helpful.
i found one issue. the charging system for electric vehicles was quite slow. it also seemed overpriced.

mixed experience, some issues
the location is good.
I paid extra for a room with a river view, but the window was filthy.. i couldn't see much at all. the breakfast was also disappointing. The coffee tasted burnt and the selection seemed quite limited. I had hoped for a quiet stay but that was not the case.

the location is quite central it allows easy access to attractions. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options.
the room decor seemed somewhat dated it lacked a modern feel. i encountered an issue with the shower as its temperature was inconsistent. the spa was not included i had to pay extra for access.

i enjoyed the convenient location. the hotel is near the bus stop for vienna airport , and it is also in the old town. the breakfast was good. the spa includes a swimming pool , a gym , a sauna , a steam room , and a relaxation room.
the shower was quite small , making it a bit difficult to move around in.

i really liked the river view from my room. the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. i enjoyed the wellness area and the pleasant pool.
